These Terms explain how you may use Syniqo, including the intelligence-style assessment, result preview, paid report unlocks, subscriptions, dashboard, certificates, and premium add-ons. By using Syniqo, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

1. What Syniqo is

Syniqo is an educational self-discovery platform. It provides intelligence-style quizzes, personality/career insights, score ranges, percentile-style summaries, growth plans, social sharing cards, and downloadable reports. Syniqo is not a medical, clinical, psychological, academic, immigration, employment, or legally certified IQ evaluation.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country or have permission from a parent/guardian. Syniqo is not directed to children under 13. If your region requires a higher age for digital consent, use Syniqo only if you meet that age or have valid guardian consent.

3. Accounts and access

You may complete the quiz before payment. Paid access may require your email address, magic-link sign-in, and a verified entitlement from our payment provider. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

4. Payments

Syniqo may offer one-time purchases and subscriptions. Payment method details are handled by the payment provider and its processors. Syniqo does not store full card numbers, CVV, or raw bank details. Prices, renewal terms, and checkout details are shown before purchase.

5. One-time purchases

A one-time result unlock or premium add-on does not renew. You receive access to the purchased digital content after payment is verified, subject to technical availability and your compliance with these Terms.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The renewal amount and billing cycle are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the cancellation page or billing dashboard.

7. Refunds and fair use

Syniqo does not use a blanket “non-refundable” policy. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy, including duplicate charges, failed delivery, unresolved access issues, and other fair cases.

8. User responsibilities

You agree not to abuse, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, overload, attack, bypass access controls, or misrepresent Syniqo reports as certified professional evaluations. You may use your personal report for personal, educational, and self-improvement purposes.

9. Intellectual property

Syniqo branding, test design, illustrations, reports, layouts, code, text, and generated report templates belong to Syniqo or its licensors. You may not copy, clone, resell, or create a confusingly similar competing service from Syniqo content.

10. Disclaimers

Syniqo results are estimates based on quiz answers and scoring logic. They should not be used as the only basis for important decisions about health, hiring, education, legal matters, finance, or treatment. See the Assessment Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Syniqo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Policy changes

We may update these Terms and linked policies as Syniqo evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
