Cookie Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Syniqo uses cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required for the service. Analytics, optional advertising, and preference cookies are optional where consent is required.
1. Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Can be disabled? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Authentication, checkout security, fraud prevention, consent record, dashboard access, and core app operation. | No, because the site needs them to work. |
| Preferences | Remember region/country display, UI choices, and non-essential local preferences. | Yes. |
| Analytics | Understand traffic, site performance, page usage, and errors to improve Syniqo. | Yes. |
| Optional advertising | Measure optional advertising and campaign performance where enabled. | Yes. |
2. Essential technologies
Essential technologies may include Supabase auth cookies, secure session cookies, checkout identifiers, CSRF/security protections, and consent records. These are used to provide the service you requested and cannot be turned off inside Syniqo.
3. Optional analytics and advertising
Optional analytics or advertising tools load only after the relevant consent category is accepted in the cookie banner. If you reject optional cookies, Syniqo should not load those tracking scripts.
4. Local storage
Syniqo may use browser local storage to remember quiz progress, selected answers, country display, report preview state, and consent choices. Clearing browser storage may remove progress or require a new consent choice.
5. Change your choices
You can change your choices at any time using the button above. Browser settings may also let you block or delete cookies, but blocking essential cookies may break login, checkout, or report access.
