Assessment
Do I need to create an account before taking a test?
No. You can start the assessment first. Account access and dashboard history are created after payment or login.
How many questions are in the intelligence test?
The intelligence test uses a 40-question path with visual reasoning, pattern recognition, memory recall, logic, and short profile questions.
How many questions are in the personality test?
The personality test now uses a 92-question Likert-style structure with Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree answer choices.
Why does the test include milestone screens?
Milestone screens make the experience feel more engaging and show progress signals while the user moves through the assessment. They are motivational, not certified clinical claims.
Is Syniqo available globally?
Yes. Syniqo is built for global users. Country-based milestone text uses CDN/IP headers when available and falls back to global wording if country detection fails.
Accuracy
Is Syniqo a certified IQ test?
No. Syniqo is for educational self-improvement and entertainment-style insights. It is not a clinical, medical, academic, employment, immigration, or legally certified IQ evaluation.
How does Syniqo calculate my result?
Syniqo combines answer patterns across visual, logic, memory, focus, social, and creative traits to generate a score range, primary thinking type, strengths, and improvement plan.
Why can my result be different on a retake?
Retakes can use rotated questions and fresh answer ordering. Your mood, focus, and answer choices can also change your result profile.
Reports
What do I get after unlocking my result?
You get your full Syniqo report, score interpretation, trait breakdown, top strengths, 30-day plan, branded report/PDF layout, certificate-style section, dashboard access, and social sharing tools.
Can I share my result?
Yes. Syniqo includes sharing options for native device sharing, WhatsApp, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and copy link. Share images use Syniqo branding.
Why does Syniqo use Premium Add-ons?
Premium Add-ons let users buy deeper reports or extra assessments only when they want them. The main report remains available through the one-time unlock or eligible subscription access.
Payment
How much does the one-time result unlock cost?
The main one-time unlock is $5. It unlocks the current full report and does not renew.
Does the one-time unlock become a subscription?
No. The one-time result unlock is not a subscription and does not renew. Subscription products require separate renewal consent.
Who handles payment details?
Syniqo uses payment provider for secure checkout. Syniqo does not store card numbers, CVC, expiry dates, or bank details.
Why does checkout sometimes ask for country or verification?
Payment providers may ask for billing country, postal code, tax/VAT details, or 3D Secure authentication when required by tax, bank, fraud, or regional compliance rules.
Are refunds possible?
Syniqo does not use a harsh non-refundable policy. Refunds can be reviewed for duplicate charges, failed delivery/access problems, accidental renewal issues, or cases where the service was not delivered as promised.
Subscription
What does the monthly plan include?
The monthly plan is designed for ongoing access to tests, score history, dashboard features, growth tracking, premium reports, and future assessment content.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Users can open the cancel/manage subscription flow from the cancellation page or dashboard billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing provider status.
Privacy
What personal data does Syniqo collect?
Syniqo may collect assessment answers, email, payment entitlement status, country/region signals, consent preferences, and dashboard/report data. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by Syniqo.
Can I manage cookie consent?
Yes. Syniqo includes a cookie consent banner and consent preferences page where users can accept, reject, or manage optional analytics and optional advertising cookies.
Can I request data deletion or correction?
Yes. The Data Rights page explains how users can request access, correction, deletion, export, or opt-out handling where applicable.
