Cancellation Policy

Syniqo makes cancellation visible and accessible. One-time purchases do not renew. Subscriptions can be cancelled through the secure billing portal.
1. One-time purchases
One-time result unlocks and one-time premium add-ons do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew at the displayed billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, access usually continues until the end of the paid billing period.
3. How to cancel
Sign in with the email used at checkout and open the secure customer portal from this page or the dashboard billing section.
4. Failed or delayed cancellation
If you attempted to cancel but were still charged, contact support with the checkout email, date, and any portal confirmation. We will review the billing event and, where appropriate, issue a refund through the payment provider.
5. Data after cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or report history. You can request deletion through the Data Rights page, subject to legal, billing, security, and backup limitations.
