This Privacy Policy explains how Syniqo handles personal information for a global audience. It is designed for transparency, but it should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch in your final operating country.

1. Information we collect

  • Quiz and profile data: answers, selected test, gender/profile choices, country/region estimate, age range, education level, and assessment progress.
  • Account data: email address, login state, report history, dashboard preferences, and support requests.
  • Payment status: purchase plan, entitlement status, subscription status, checkout identifiers, billing events, and cancellation portal events.
  • Device and usage data: pages viewed, test events, browser/device information, IP-derived country, and consent preferences.
  • Generated content: unlocked reports, PDF/certificate data, social sharing metadata, and premium add-on access.

2. What we do not collect

Syniqo does not collect or store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, raw bank details, or payment authentication passwords. Payment information is entered through the secure secure payment-provider checkout.

3. How we use information

  • Generate quiz results, score ranges, growth plans, reports, certificates, and share cards.
  • Save purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, and dashboard access.
  • Send transactional emails such as login links, receipts, access messages, and support responses.
  • Improve product quality, prevent fraud/abuse, maintain security, and debug errors.
  • Measure optional analytics or advertising only where consent is enabled.

4. Legal bases for processing

Depending on your location, we process data to provide the service you requested, perform a contract, meet legal obligations, protect legitimate business/security interests, and process optional analytics or optional advertising with consent where required.

5. Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies are used for authentication, checkout, security, and consent records. Analytics and optional advertising cookies are optional and controlled by the Cookie Policy and cookie banner.

6. Sharing with service providers

We may share limited information with infrastructure, database, authentication, payment, analytics, email, support, and security providers only as needed to operate Syniqo. payment processors handle payment method data and may act under their own payment/legal obligations.

7. International transfers

Syniqo is global. Data may be processed in countries different from your country of residence, depending on hosting, payment, authentication, analytics, and support providers. We aim to use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for reports, account access, security, accounting, legal compliance, support, and legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion, subject to legal, billing, anti-fraud, and backup limitations.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising. Use the Data Rights page to submit requests.

10. California privacy notice

Syniqo does not intend to sell personal information. If optional advertising tools are enabled, they may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some laws. California users can use Cookie Settings or contact support to opt out.

11. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, Supabase row-level security, server-side secrets, entitlement checks, and payment-provider checkout. No system is perfectly secure, so users should also protect their email account.
