Subscription Terms

Syniqo offers two user-selected billing models: one-time access and subscription access. One-time access does not renew. Subscription access renews until cancelled.

1. Renewal disclosure

Monthly or annual subscription prices, renewal timing, and cancellation access must be shown before checkout. Subscription checkout requires an unchecked consent box confirming that the user understands the recurring charge.

2. Billing and payment provider

Subscription billing is processed through the payment provider. Syniqo stores subscription and entitlement status, but not full card numbers or CVV/CVC codes.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel through the Cancel Subscription page or dashboard billing section. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may remain available until the end of the paid period unless the payment provider marks access inactive sooner.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry, ask for updated payment information, or change entitlement status. Dashboard access depends on active entitlement verification.

5. Refund review

Subscription refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy. We may approve refunds for duplicate billing, access failures, unprocessed cancellation issues, or legal requirements in your country.

6. No $1 trial

Syniqo does not use a $1 trial in this build. Subscription pricing should always be displayed transparently before checkout.
